Shipping Policy

At Faerie by (HK BRIGHT), we want your jewelry to reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Below are the details of our shipping process, so you know exactly what to expect when you place your order with us.

1. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

You will receive a tracking link on your Email once your order has been shipped.

In case of any unavoidable issue if it delays, we will inform you by email

2. Shipping Charges

- We offer free shipping on all prepaid and postpaid orders.

3. Damaged Products

We take great care to ensure your order is packaged safely. However, if you receive a damaged product:
- Email us at Connect@faerie.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Attach clear photos of the damaged item.
- We’ll replace it with the same or a similar product (depending on stock).
Please note: Damage claims reported after 48 hours will not be accepted.

4. Missed Deliveries

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your order more than 1 time.
- If the package is returned after failed attempts, we can re-ship it on your request for an additional ₹ 50 shipping fee.
- For COD orders that are returned, re-shipping will only be done after the order amount and re-shipping fee are paid online in advance.

To avoid delays, we recommend being available or assigning someone to receive your order during delivery.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. We’re working on offering international shipping soon — stay tuned!
