Return and Refund Policy

At Faerie by (HK BRIGHT), every piece of jewelry is crafted and packaged with care. We want you to love what you receive, but we also understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about our returns and refunds. process:

Return

1. Inform

If you wish/replacement to return a product, please inform us at connect@faerie.in within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Kindly note that concerns reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.

2. Return

  • Once your return request is approved via email, you must ship the product back in     its original packaging to keep it safe during transit.
  • The return package will be dispatched within 5 days of receiving our                    confirmation email.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  • After the product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check. If it passes, your   refund will be approved.

3. Refund

  • Once your refund is approved, we will notify you via email.
  • Refunds will be credited only as a coupon code in your account within 5 business days.
  • This coupon code can be used for future purchases with Faerie.
  • Shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount before issuing the coupon code.
  • The coupon code will remain valid for 1 year from the date of issue

Cancellation:

If a customer wants to cancel their order, cancellation request must be raised in 24 hours from the time they order.

once we process the request for cancellation we will refund the amount. refund will be credited in 7 business days in the same bank account.

Received Damaged Product

At Faerie, every product undergoes strict quality checks and is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you safely. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipping, please follow the steps below:

Inform

  • Write to us at connect@faerie.in within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • Please provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue with the product. This helps us process your request faster.

Reverse Pick-Up

  • Once our team approves your request, we will arrange a reverse pick-up from your address. 
  • Kindly ensure the product is packed securely in the original packaging box and kept ready for collection.

Replacement / Refund

  • once we receive damaged product we will verify and 
    • Send you a replacement of the same product in 7 business days depending on availability, OR
    • Issue a coupon code of the same value, in case the product is unavailable.
